Please read before boking


Hello! Welcome to, To The Moon & Back Photography!


In this post I will be highlighting the terms of service as well as the disclaimers when you choose to book with To The Moon & Back Photography. It should be noted that upon on booking with To The Moon & Back Photography you are then agreeing to all terms and conditions that will be detailed below.


When booking with us, you are agreeing that I am able to post and use certain photos for advertisements and portfolio use. This is not valid for boudoir photos or photos of that nature. I will always ask if you are comfortable and what photos you are okay with me posting.

The booking rates you will find linked on the page are BASE rates. These are not tailored for travel costs or cost of props. I typically do not fluxgate price by a lot when traveling as long as it is within travel radius.

Turn around time for photo return is typically one to two weeks. I usually always return sneak peak photos same day as long as I am not hosting a big event with multiple clients in the same day.


The exception here is weddings. Turn around time for them is about 30 days! Sneak peaks will be out within 48-72 hours.

I have the right to refuse service for any reason. At any point regardless of if its just chatting about your session or in the middle of photographing your session if your vibes are off or you make me feel uncomfortable I reserve the right to terminate services immediately and LEAVE.


With that being said a 15 - 15 rule is implemented. When a slot is filled for a certain time and you know you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please let me know. I absolutely don't mind but I'd rather not be left hanging.

Photo return will be held through Pixieset. I will ask for a valid email and will email over the link and send you a download code so you can download your images. Images may or may not include watermark.


I ask that when posting photos from your session that you either share the post from my page or please tag my personal or business page for photo credit.


In terms of Weddings - clients are required to sign and fill out information on a contract that will be sent to you. My preferred method of communication is via email but I understand Facebook is more popular among clients. Contracts are void after 7 days and need to be signed and retainer must be collected at the time of signing. Failure to do sign or pay will result in services being denied.


I often do mini sessions that will have multiple clients booked back-to-back throughout the duration of the day. These are typically 30 minute sessions and will now require a 50% non refundable retainer fee to hold your spot for the day. I hate to do this but seemingly every time these are hosted spots fill very quickly and are either canceled the day of or are no call no shows.

Payments for these retainer fees will be discussed upon booking. I will also potentially take an IOU but in the event the IOU cancels or no call no shows future business with you may be denied.


All Sales are final and retainer fees and payments made are non-refundable


Giveaways are valid for 30 days. If a session for a giveaway is not booked and fulfilled in that 30 days it is now void.

Photos return are NOT to be edited/cropped/filtered/ or altered in ANY WAY. Failure to follow this can result in being blacklisted. All local photographers talk to each other. Word will spread and other photographers will be made aware. If you would like a different edit we can make arrangements but for weddings or large parties there will be a fee.


Lord I can't even believe I am typing this right now. BOUDOIR PHOTOS ARE NOT TO BE SOLD ON ONLY FANS. Legal action can and will be taken. Maybe we can collaborate on something but otherwise, please do not do it.
